Abstract

This study investigates how personal, one on one student-teacher relationships influence the implementation and planning of writers workshop. This was a qualitative self -study. Data were collected and analyzed using journaling, lesson plans, and anecdotal records. Results of the study showed that teacher’s knowledge of the each student in the classroom positively influence the implementation and planning for writers workshop.
