Abstract

Matriculated undergraduates voluntarily leave the College by one of two avenues. Those who may want to return are given a Leave of Absence. That allows up to two semesters away, no special notification is required to return, and graduation requirements are “frozen.” Those who do not want to return become Inactive (Banner term) or Separate (Eagle term). Students on Leave who do not enroll after the maximum two semesters of non-enrollment become Inactive.
