Abstract

NUR495/Senior Nursing Class Seminar will be a concentrated three credit clinical course situated at the end of the fall or spring semester of senior year. It includes 128 clinical hours over a four week period working with an experienced registered nurse from a local hospital or agency. Included in this packet are: 1. Cover page 2. A side-by-side comparison of the old and new program (page 2) 3. A rationale for change (page 2) 4. Course description for NUR495 (pages 3-4) Its effects on other Senior Nursing Classes, specifically NUR464 and NUR467 (pages 5-6) 5. Department and College Needs (page 6) 6.
